This bar chart outlines the results of audits for compliance of government web sites with Guideline 1 of the Guidelines for Federal and ACT Government World Wide Websites. The results are for audits of federal government web sites conducted during 2000 and during 2001. Also included in this bar chart are the results of web sites that were audited during both 2000 and 2001. The results for web sites only audited during 2001 are also given. This bar chart displays the same information as supplied in Table 3.
Audit results of compliance with Guideline 1: Openess are as follows.
Of 238 web sites audited during 2000, 136 (57 percent) complied with Guideline 1: Openess
Of 250 web sites audited during 2001, 172 (68.8 percent) complied with Guideline 1: Openess
Of 125 web sites audited during 2000 and again in 2001, 100 (80 percent) complied with Guideline 1: Openess
Of 125 web sites audited during 2001 only, 72 (57.6 percent) complied with Guideline 1: Openess
