Site Changes
On 1 November 2010 the Office of the Privacy Commissioner was integrated into the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and a new website established at www.oaic.gov.au.

Section 18BE of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
I, Karen Curtis, Privacy Commissioner, pursuant to section 18BE of the Privacy Act 1988, hereby revoke the approval of the General Insurance Information Privacy Code.This revocation shall take effect on and from 30 April 2006.
