Submission to the ALRC/AHEC Joint Inquiry: Protection of Human Genetic Information (February 2003)

This submission was made in February 2003 by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner to the Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC) and the Australian Health Ethics Committee (AHEC) Joint Inquiry into the Protection of Human Genetic Information. The submission was in response to the Discussion Paper 66, Protection of Human Genetic Information: published by the ALRC/AHEC in August 2002.

This submission was made in March 2002 by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner to the Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC) and the Australian Health Ethics Committee (AHEC) Joint Inquiry into the Protection of Human Genetic Information. The submission was in response to the Issues Paper 26 - Protection of Human Genetic Information published by the ALRC/AHEC in October 2001.
