Site Changes
On 1 November 2010 the Office of the Privacy Commissioner was integrated into the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and a new website established at www.oaic.gov.au.

Can parents whose children attend a private school/college get access to their children`s school reports?
Yes.
It will be reasonable for schools to release reports to parents in most circumstances. There may be exceptions to this. Schools will need to consider the circumstances of such cases as they arise.
