The Australian Privacy Medal aims to provide acknowledgement to an individual who has exhibited an outstanding level of achievement in advancing privacy in Australia. For detailed information on the Medal see: PDF.
The inaugural Awards and Medal programs form part of the of events celebrating the 20th anniversary of the passage of the first privacy legislation through the Parliament of Australia.
